My monthly bill has been around $154 a month. In September I signed a 2 year contract. I just received my bill for this month (04/08). It is $168.58. I called twice and got the same answer which is i got a promotional discount the first 6 months. This is not on the contract and the salesman did not mention it. If i quit, I have to pay a $200 penalty fee. My only alternative is to wait out the contract and go back to bright house. We also have 3 cell phones on another verizon plan. I will also switch services when that contract ends. Don't these people realize that they are going to loose money in the long run....at least with me (and hopefully others) they will.
